Construction of Elevator and Stairwell shaft walls 8 floors high. Over 45,000 SQ FT of concrete slab work performed.

THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY, Phase I & Phase II

Phase 1: Construction of footings and foundation walls. Some of the work included are excavation and disposal of native soil and completion of slab on grade, suspended slab and concrete topping. Also completed additional scope like additional excavation of sump pit and use of high early concrete to reduce curing time, concrete cutting to create bearing for new slab.

Phase 2: Completed the underpinning to existing grade beam and frost wall for Patio. That includes excavation and disposal of native fill to give way to the concrete. Also completed the construction of concrete curbs and slab on grade including the supply and installation of rigid insulation along exterior perimeter wall and grade beam.

Placement of structural concrete in and about roadways and railways. Installation of culvert to manage and contain any spills to a containment pond.

Summary of Scope: Concrete saw cutting and scanning, shoring and excavation 9ft 6” below grade within the mall to fabricate four new structural foundation footings to bear the new store front’s glass façade.

Salvage and restoration to a historically protected site for exterior granite paver walkways, granite steps and historic brick restoration.  Installation of new foundation walls, slabs, and trench drains.  Reinstating of all hard landscaping.
